Recipe: Guinness and Irish Cream Chocolate Cake Chefs: Vanessa Moses and Flavia De Bortoli Serves: 6 (served in 3"x2" ceramic ramekins) Ingredients: 2 cups Guinness 2 cup butter (room temp) 3 cup sugar 4 eggs 11/2 cup sour cream 1 ½ cup cocoa powder 4 cup four 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Method: 1. Cream butter and sugar together with mixer (hand-held or stand) 2. Add eggs one at a time 3. Add Guinness and sour cream 4. In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients 5. Combine the wet and dry together 6. Scoop into butter/sugar ramekins and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Add: Heavy cream Irish Cream extract Sugar (to taste) Green food coloring Make a whipped cream for on top

Recipe: Dirt Cake Chef: Mindy Gohr Ingredients: 12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed. 2- 3 oz. packages chocolate pudding mix 3 cups milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup powdered sugar 8 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup butter 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed Method: Whisk together milk, pudding mix and vanilla until smooth and fold in whipped topping. In a mixer, beat together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Stir pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture. In a large bowl, layer cookies and pudding/cream cheese mixture, starting and ending with cookies. There should be 3 layers of cookies and 2 layers of pudding/cream cheese mixture. Recipe: Bread Pudding Chefs: Olivia and Isabella Gerasole Ingredients: 3 large eggs 1 cup of sugar 1/2 stick of butter - melted 2 cups of skimmed milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 4 cups of stale French or Italian Bread - cut in cubes 1/2 cup of raisins 1/2 cup of unsalted walnuts or pecans - optional 1 pint of whipping cream 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute Equipment: Measuring spoons and cups A loaf pan A large bowl A whisk or electric beater A blender Method: Break the eggs and put them into the bowl and whisk. Add the melted butter and milk and stir well. Add the sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon and mix. Make sure the lumps of spice are broken up.
